We, at Guru game Digital Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Company for the sake of brevity), and its affiliates value the privacy and security of information (“information” or “user information”) about its clients and potential users (“users” or “clients”). 2. Geo-location of your device. Such as GPS or other geo-location data when location services have been enabled when you use company products and services . Also we can take info from your device whenever we need to give you better user experience.

3. Device identifiers. Device identifiers are those ascribed to it as IMEI, IDFA, Android Advertising DA, serial number of mobile phone, telecommunication operator, or data resembling etc.

Information about third parties: We may collect information from you regarding other individuals related to your account. Where you disclose information about authorized signatories, dependents, relatives, potential beneficiaries, employees, agents, or other representatives as mentioned above, you warrant that you will only do so in accordance with the applicable data protection laws such as Information Technology Act 2000 and Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 with all its latest amendments; that you will ensure that before doing so, the individuals in question are provided with a copy of this Policy and made aware of the fact that the Company will hold information relating to them and may use it for any of the purposes set out in this Policy. The Company may, where required under applicable law, notify those individuals that they have been provided with their Personal Data and provide a copy of this Policy to them.also we are not liable to save your data more than 30 Days and we can delete all of your data in 30 days, If you have any dispute or query you should report in 15 days maximum after the event occurs.

To whom do we disclose Personal and Other Data?
